2026 PURE Insurance Championship First Tee Tri-Valley Representatives
We’re proud to announce that First Tee Tri-Valley participants Young Chang and Nakul Shrivastava have both qualified for the 2026 PURE Insurance Championship Impacting First Tee — one of the most prestigious honors a First Tee teen can earn.
Held each fall at the iconic Pebble Beach Golf Links, the PURE Insurance Championship gives First Tee participants a national stage to showcase the skills and character they’ve built at their chapter. Over the course of the week, each teen is paired with a golf legend for mentorship and competes alongside PGA TOUR Champions players and leaders from the business world in the pro-junior field: networking, learning, and getting a firsthand look at the doors golf can open both on and off the course.
Selection is about far more than a scorecard. Players are chosen for their golf resume, their personal growth through First Tee, and the values they carry with them, growing through challenge, pursuing their goals, and using good judgment. With up to 81 teens selected nationwide, earning a place in this field is a remarkable achievement.
Young and Nakul have punched their tickets, and we couldn’t be prouder to see them represent First Tee Tri-Valley on golf’s biggest junior stage. Join us in cheering them on at Pebble Beach this September!

First Tee Tri-Valley’s Own 1 out of 20 Teens Selected for the 2026 First Tee Leadership Series
First Tee Tri-Valley is proud to announce that Haasini Kollu has been selected for the 2026 First Tee Leadership Summit at West Creek Ranch in Emigrant, Montana. Presented by First Tee and PGA TOUR Superstore, the Summit is a week-long experience that brings together teens from chapters across the country for immersive, activity-based workshops focused on leadership, resilience, and personal growth. Set against the backdrop of the Montana wilderness, participants build authentic relationships, take on new challenges, and develop a stronger sense of who they are, both on and off the course.
Selection is competitive, and earning a place among this year’s cohort reflects the dedication, character, and leadership Haasini has shown throughout her time in our program. It’s a milestone that speaks not only to her own hard work, but to what’s possible when young people are given the space, mentorship, and encouragement to grow. Achievements like this are made possible by the coaches, volunteers, and supporters who invest in our participants every day. That’s why we’re so proud to celebrate Ethan Dispo and Callie Mcloughlin, who have both been selected for the 2026 First Tee Tri-Valley College Scholarship Program. This honor recognizes graduating seniors who have not only grown as golfers, but have embraced the values of the program and demonstrated leadership on and off the course.
Ethan and Callie represent the very best of what First Tee Tri-Valley stands for: perseverance, character, and a commitment to giving back. As they head into this next chapter, we couldn’t be prouder to see them carry the lessons of the First Tee with them into college and beyond.
