Brian joined First Tee Tri-Valley as Executive Director in 2023, bringing a strong background in wellness and youth development. His leadership supports the organization’s mission to empower young people through golf and character-building programs. Jackie Garrigan, Program Director

Jackie began with First Tee Tri-Valley in 2019 as an instructor and stepped into the role of Program Director in 2023. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara, Jackie lives in Livermore with her family and brings a strong passion for youth development through golf. Ling Gee, Asst. Program Director

Ling started with First Tee Tri-Valley as a coach in 2025 and quickly joined the executive staff focused on Teen programs. She brings a wealth of experience in sports administration, having been the founding Director of Special Events for the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA), a Junior Olympic Coach, and the National Championships Director for USA Volleyball and USA Hockey.  Ling is excited to enhance the programs for high school-aged players. These programs, opportunities, and events are focused on helping older teens to create their own individual game plan for their future.
